Hey Hey! I'm Nicole an Award-Winning Influencer and the founder of WinHers United. I am also a Success Strategist who helps Women of Color improve personally and professionally via personal and business development because I believe these areas are intertwined.

I know all too well about being stuck, stuck in a limited mindset and not realizing it.  Stuck at a dead end job and not having the insight I needed to rise above.  Stuck thinking I let life pass me by, while still being alive.  I don't wish this feeling on anyone, which is why I am committed to dispelling the myths that make up this reality.  I've always been smart, yet I didn't always make the best decisions.  In my thirties I had an epiphany.  I realized that I was settling for the life that chose me, as opposed to choosing the life that I wanted.  I was functionally depressed at the time and didn't realize it. Then, I decided to do something about it.

I realized that I was  consuming garbage, which exuded garbage.  I didn't surround myself with uplifting people, I wasn't listening to empowering messages, I wasn't reading material that would bring me out of my circumstances.  I was busy watching trash TV and wondering why my life was so trashy.

I decided to make some changes, and slowly but surely my life started to change as well. I stopped watching the drama filled reality TV shows, because my life was its own drama filled reality TV show. I stopped listening to the certain songs because all it did was make me want to party, party, party and get wasted. I became more selective about the people I surround myself with, because I was tired of being the smartest person in the room. I went back to school to obtain my M.B.A. because I wanted to be an entrepreneur, and chose this avenue as a means of learning the information I needed to elevate my life.

Overtime I realized the importance of making time for self-care, finding ways to develop myself, improving my mindset, and learning business strategies so I could live my best life. Once I realized this I was ready to take on the world, but I didn’t want to stop there. I also wanted to share this knowledge and wisdom with other women who want to live a better life. This is why I created WinHers United and work diligently to help other women discover what I have discovered.

WinHers United the podcast is a platform I created to elevate the voices of Women of Color Entrepreneurs. This space is dedicated to giving you the tools you need to succeed by sharing the experiences of these Winning Women.

Event planning has been a love of mine for many years. I have planned tons of events for my family, friends, and myself over the years. Overtime I started to make my events for women only, which was something I truly enjoyed. I love bringing people together and watching the connections that form and grow. I would be doing myself a disservice if I did not include events within the WinHers United mission, so check out the events we have planned and please join us.
